Dog Collar Size Guide
Proper collar fit is important for your dog's health and safety.
When fitting a dog collar it should not be loose enough to slip over the dog's head, nor so tight as to restrict breathing or cause coughing. If fitting for a puppy keep in mind that puppies grow quickly, so it is extremely important to adjust the size of their collars as they get bigger. Choosing an adjustable collar for puppies allows you to size the collar up as the dog grows, but depending upon the breed of the dog most puppies will likely grow to require a whole new collar size.
Measuring For Collar Fit
To get an accurately sized collar to fit your dog, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure or piece of string, a few inches down from their head. Pull the tape/string snug, but not tight. If you used a piece of string, measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards.
Fitting Adjustable Collars With Quick-Release Buckle
When purchasing an adjustable collar your dog's measured neck size must fit within the collar's adjustable length range. For instance, if your dog's neck measures 13 inches order an 11 - 16 inch adjustable collar.

Fitting Collars With A Metal Buckle
When purchasing an open-end collar that closes similar to a belt, once you have a measurement of your dog's neck round the measurement down to the nearest even-sized number. For instance, if your pet's neck measures 19 inches (snugly) you would order the 18 - 21 inch collar.
Our metal buckle dog collars each have 4 sizing holes and are sized from the first hole to the last; the first hole is the smallest the collar will adjust down to, and the remaining holes allow the collar to widen for a comfort fit.

Tag fits the collar perfectly. It's very light so it went weigh down the collar. Free shipping.. but i ended up owning $ to the post office when it arrived. Product worth the price though.
The only thing was the first line was supposed to be larger as the pictures showed and three lines were all small. I wanted the first line to match their photos

I ordered 2 of these in stainless steel for 2 of my cats. These are great. They're compact, non-obstructive, ergonomic, simple, won't rust, fit well on a 3/8” collar, and they are at a great price. The text appears to be laser-etched, so it won't rub off. When I received them, they had a polished finish, like chrome, which was even better, because they look even nicer and classy. I really like the polished finish but I noticed the nature of reflection tends to make the text challenging to read from a distance compared to dark-colored tags with white text. I’m going to try this next for my other cats.

After waiting week i finally emailed GoTAGS and asked about my order. After they found my order they emailed me if i wanted to cancel or wait for the tags. I responded i had to wair for i need these tags or i would not have placed the order. There was no offer of giving me a cash back for their problem in my order. After waiting again for my order it finally arived. Just hoping i do not get another dog for i would need to find a place to make my dog tags. As my title states i not sure they would really want my feed back.

It is $10.00 for one tag. so I am disappointed, the first time I ordered the exact same thing one year or so ago, I received two tags in the order for $10.00. This time only one. I will need to find another kind because I have alot of collars, and can't afford just one at a time for a high price.
