We do our best to process, manufacture and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that during the holiday season it might take longer. Manufacturing times for orders is between 1-2 business days.
The speed of delivery varies based on the shipping option chosen at checkout plus the manufacturing time for your order. Once your order ships you will receive an email notification from us that your order is in the mail.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for domestic orders using First Class Mail with USPS (US Postal Service). Orders shipped First Class Mail will arrive in 5-10 business days.
STANDARD SHIPPING WITH TRACKING

DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Priority w/ Tracking (3 - 5 business days) Ships in 1 - 2 business days. Cost: $7.95
Express w/ Tracking (1 - 2 business days) Ships in 1 - 2 business days. Cost: $21.95
Standard International (up to 30 business days) Ships in 1 - 2 business days. Cost: $4.95
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At GoTags, our business is building the best product. If what you ordered isn’t working for you, we want to help.
If a purchase fails to meet your expectations within 60 days of its delivery, we will gladly exchange or refund the item, at no additional cost, once it has been returned to us. Bulk and large volume orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee for returns.
How to return by mail
Follow these steps:
1. Pack the item securely. Include your name, address, email, phone number and order number, and a brief description of why you are returning the item. If you are requesting an exchange due to a text entry error, please include the correct text for the exchange.
