Great collars, they last forever!

I bought two personalized dog collars from gotags. They were affordable and once they arrived, they were very well-made! Unfortunately, my dog collars did not fit both of my fur babies. I reached out to explain the situation and They responded rather quickly. The personalized dog collars are nonrefundable because they are personalized. (which makes complete sense) and even though the dog collars were nonrefundable. Go tags offered to replace them for me and send me two new collars.

Was not best of material. The name was messed up

The order process and delivery waa great. But this collar will not fot my cat. It waa gaping on her. I ket her wear it for a whilw thinking i would take it off ans repair it but when she came back home ahe had already lost it. Second one of these great collars lost. Same happened to another one of my cats.

Maybe a shorter size for cats would be good. I think we have 7 of your collars.

Returning customer and I like the quality and embroidery. However, even at maximum size it doesn’t fit my Siberian cat in winter when his fur is thick. A larger size option would be great.

Collars are great. I’ve bought 6 so far. I had glow-in-the-dark collar that I really loved, but the material peeled off.

The stitching is well done and the collar fits my medium sized cat well. Shipping was as expected. It’s well priced.

Fantastic customer service with real human beings. Got exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately, my tom is 10 pounds of solid muscle so the breakaway clip isn't strong enough for him. He'll politely wear the collar for an hour or two to make us happy, then reach up and rip it right off.

While I appreciate the concern for my cat's safety and I definitely want a breakaway collar, this one is too weak for larger, stronger cats.

This collar is super high quality! I got the orange with black embroidery, and it really pops. Next time I will use the short form of my cat’s name, because when I adjusted the collar, it covered part of the last 2 digits of my phone number. This is the 2nd collar I’ve purchased from GoTags, I’m really happy with these products.

My cat is adept at removing and hiding collars that she finds annoying or uncomfortable. But we were going on a road trip and I considered it essential that she wear identification. The GoTags collar arrived quickly, it’s very legible, and best of all the cat is willing to wear it. I did remove the bell which she found annoying, but the collar itself is lightweight and flexible. So now everybody’s happy at my house.

Like the product & appreciate the speed of reordering but the black plastic snap (designed to break away before hurting the neck is perhaps too weak. My cat has probable lost about ? 18-20 over time. We want breakaway for our pets but it’s not optimal. Tom Froneberger

The cat collar was purchased for my 5 pound dog. However there was no place to attach a leash. I inquired about no loop to attach a leash. Customer service offered to make me an extra's small dog collar, one with a loop to attach a leash. She did not charge me for the second collar. I offered to pay for it but she said that the company wants its customers to be 100 percent happy!

I purchased two collars, the pink with black writing and the black with pink writing. They are easy to read and feel durable. Lightweight compared to the name tags we have used previously. The bell is close to the collar as well it doesn't dangle down into their water. I will be buying from here again!

We love that the embroidered name and numbers are large enough that anyone could read them even if they aren't able to pick up the cat if it got out of the house and got lost. And they've held up well over the past few months without fraying.
