Please note that you should already have in your cart either Bulk Custom Pet Tags or Bulk Custom Logo Tags. If not, please proceed to add one of the bulk tag options - Bulk Dog Tags Collection to your cart before adding backside engraving to your bulk order.

When ordering make sure the same quantity of tags is added to your Bulk Tag order and the Back Side Engraving order.

For personalization, the text can be the same or unique for each tag. If each tag is unique please put "See Email" in the customization fields and send us an email at orders@gotags.com. A customer service representative will respond by email on how best to get us the information for the individualized tags.
Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We do our best to process, manufacture and ship orders within 48 hours after an order is placed.
  • We offer free shipping for domestic orders using First Class Mail with USPS (US Postal Service). Orders shipped First Class Mail will arrive in 5 -10 business days.
  • Add tracking to your order. (4 - 8 business days). Cost: $5.50

Returns

At GoTags, our business is building the best product. If what you ordered isn’t working for you, we want to help. 

If a purchase fails to meet your expectations within 60 days of its delivery, we will gladly exchange or refund the item, at no additional cost, once it has been returned to us. Bulk and large volume orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee for returns.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Because each personalized item is custom-crafted just for your pet, please allow 2 business days for us to process, engrave, or embroider your order before it ships out.

Once your order is ready and leaves our facility, standard delivery times will apply based on the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way!
What happens if I made a typo in my customization details?

Please email us immediately at orders@gotags.com with your Order Number and the corrected text.

Because our production team gets to work quickly on personalized items, we typically have a narrow window—less than 24 hours from when your order is placed—to update customization details before engraving or embroidery begins. While we can't guarantee changes after production has started, we'll do everything we can to catch it in time!
