How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Because each personalized item is custom-crafted just for your pet, please allow 2 business days for us to process, engrave, or embroider your order before it ships out.

Once your order is ready and leaves our facility, standard delivery times will apply based on the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way!
What happens if I made a typo in my customization details?

Please email us immediately at orders@gotags.com with your Order Number and the corrected text.

Because our production team gets to work quickly on personalized items, we typically have a narrow window—less than 24 hours from when your order is placed—to update customization details before engraving or embroidery begins. While we can't guarantee changes after production has started, we'll do everything we can to catch it in time!
How do I properly measure my pet for this collar?

Getting an accurate measurement before ordering is essential, as personalized collars cannot be returned or resized if ordered in the wrong size.

Here is how to get the perfect fit:

  1. Use a Soft Tape Measure: Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the base of your pet's neck where their collar normally rests. (If you don't have a soft tape, use a string and measure it against a standard ruler.)
  2. The Two-Finger Rule: Slip two fingers flat between the measuring tape and your pet's neck. This ensures the collar sits comfortably without being too tight or choking them.
  3. Compare to the Size Chart: Choose the collar size range where your pet’s measurement falls comfortably near the middle—not at the absolute smallest or largest setting.
Nylon & Hemp Collars: Are these collars machine washable?

Yes, they are machine washable!

  1. Remove all ID tags and attachments from the collar.
  2. Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle using cold or warm water with a mild detergent.
  3. Air dry only—do not place in the dryer, as high heat can damage the hardware and webbing.
