Because each personalized item is custom-crafted just for your pet, please allow 2 business days for us to process, engrave, or embroider your order before it ships out.

Once your order is ready and leaves our facility, standard delivery times will apply based on the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way!
What happens if I made a typo in my customization details?

Please email us immediately at orders@gotags.com with your Order Number and the corrected text.

Because our production team gets to work quickly on personalized items, we typically have a narrow window—less than 24 hours from when your order is placed—to update customization details before engraving or embroidery begins. While we can't guarantee changes after production has started, we'll do everything we can to catch it in time!

This is not what I ordered. Very disappointed. I ordered the item that attaches the tag to my dog’s big collar ring. The one that came with my engraved tag is way too small to fit around the ring on his collar. Wasted money, and I still can’t attach the tag, so he’s got no ID in case he gets lost.
