Made from soft but durable silicone, it's silent - whisper-quiet for stealthy adventures and comfy for your furry friend. Plus, it's water-resistant to withstand rain, splashes, and puddles. Available in 3 sizes:

  • Size X-SMALL case compatible with collars 3/8 inch wide.
  • Size SMALL case compatible with collars 5/8 inch wide.
  • Size LARGE case compatible collars 3/4 to 1 inch wide.

Pair with our Dog Collars or Cat Collars.

If a purchase fails to meet your expectations within 60 days of its delivery, we will gladly exchange or refund the item, at no additional cost, once it has been returned to us. Bulk and large volume orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee for returns.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Because each personalized item is custom-crafted just for your pet, please allow 2 business days for us to process, engrave, or embroider your order before it ships out.

Once your order is ready and leaves our facility, standard delivery times will apply based on the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way!
What happens if I made a typo in my customization details?

Please email us immediately at orders@gotags.com with your Order Number and the corrected text.

Because our production team gets to work quickly on personalized items, we typically have a narrow window—less than 24 hours from when your order is placed—to update customization details before engraving or embroidery begins. While we can't guarantee changes after production has started, we'll do everything we can to catch it in time!
