Engraved Military Dog Tag Necklace Set

Our football parent club purchased the engraved dog tags as senior gifts and they loved them! I worked with Kelly & she is AWESOME!!! We recieved them SUPER fast and everything was there ,correct & organized!!! I have spread the word & we will be a return customer!!! The product was of great quality. Thanks for EVERYTHING!

The tags are great - but even more stellar was the customer service. The first set of tags I ordered were done incorrectly. It wasn’t clear whether I placed the order incorrectly or if a mistake had been made. I called customer service, a nice customer service rep quickly answered, apologized for the confusion, didn’t waste any time on who did what, got clear on what I wanted, and sent me another set of tags at no charge to me. I was really pleased with how this was handled and won’t hesitate to order from this company again because of how great the product is and how quickly and efficiently they corrected the error (which could have been my mistake all along). My only feedback would be to create an interactive mock-up of the tag so the customer can see what it will look like before ordering. If the mistake WAS on my end, this would have prevented it. Thanks again!

Brought these because I realized I was hiking and walking around without a lot of identification; so got this set with my name and some emergency numbers on them! Now I feel safe on my endeavors!
