This cat tag is very reasonably priced and has clear printing that is very readable. The shipping notice was very fast (by email). But, the receipt of the tag was many days later -- almost two weeks. It says to allow 8 days -- I guess 8 working days. When I finally rec'd it, though, it was not delivered to my mailbox. Someone had placed it on my screened porch. So-- the only thing that I can figure is: it was delivered to the wrong address, and that person then dropped it off at my house. I don't know if it was slow shipping or if it was delivered to the wrong address. I guess we'll never know. But, that is the only reason for not giving it 5 stars.

So first of all, no shipping costs in most cases, the tags come incredibly quickly. They have a lot of options. It is a US company, local to WA state. In terms of getting pet tags, I see this as the best option, most affordable, and feeds the local economy. There are so many options and they are better quality than tags you get at Petco.
