This is the second time I've ordered this collar for my cat. The first time, the collar lasted longer, but my cat eventually lost it. I think the first time around, the buckle was a bit sturdier. However, the second time around, I noticed the buckle was so easy to come apart when I pulled it with my hands. But, thinking that the first one lasted for some time, I tried it anyway. I ordered this collar on 03/24 and my cat lost the collar today. It did not even last a month. I have gone some time looking for breakaway collars before my first order with Go Tags and so many I've tried before would only last a week or so (my cat is outdoor). Some of these would simply just fall off from my cat just running. I don't know where these companies buy their breakaway buckles, but they all seem to come from the same place and the rest of the collar is just handmade or whatever. I had hopes for Go Tags, but this collar really disappointed me. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Love these collars, used to buy via Amazon and now they don't sell on there so went direct. Would be great if you guys did a smaller size too - as the standard is a bit on the big side for my kitty, even fully retracted. Really colourful and are very vibrant - so easily spotted by others if she ever gets lost!

I think this is a terrific idea, but I found it too stiff and wide for my cat. Seems uncomfortable and I had a tough time adjusting the sizing. The lettering was nice though. It’s the collar it else that didn’t work for us.
