All tags come with up to 5 lines of left justified embossed personalized text. For personalization, the text can be the same or unique for each tag. If each tag text is different please put "See Email" in the customization fields and send us an email at orders@gotags.com. A customer service representative will respond by email on how best to get us the information for the individualized tags.

This was my first purchase. I did not know if I did not come up with five lines that the dog tag wording would not be centered on the tag. If I would have known that I would have skipped lines 1 and line 5 to have my wording in the center of the tag. What I received is not what I had envisioned.
